How Our Refund Policy Works

If you enrolled in a Free Trial and chose:

a) an Annual Membership: If you cancel your service after your free trial period, we'll refund the unused portion of your prepaid annual membership.

b) a Monthly Membership: If you cancel your service after your time trial period, we'll stop billing you for the service.

In either case, if you cancel within 30 days of starting your trial, we will provide you with a full refund.
