Code of Conduct.

Every employee and partner that works on the privacy platform is required to sign and abide by the following code of conduct. Any violation of this code results in the immediate termination of the employee or partner.

The integrity of the system is the highest priority. We have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to any potential action or non-action that might lead to the compromise of the platform through a breach of conduct.

  • We understand representatives' qualifications and reputation before we engage them to work on our behalf
  • We understand the resons for including a particular representative in a deal or transaction and only do so where appropraite
  • We cultivate trust with our representatives and never ask or suggest that they do things that are not allowed under the law or our policies
  • We do not pressure partners or resellers to place orders for products or services they do not want or need, or retaliate against them for refusing to do so
  • We report signs that a representative coudl be engagins in corrupt or unethical behavior while representing the Company

All board of directors, directors, executive officers and employees must:

  • Read, understand and comply with these policies and applicable laws and regulations
  • Speak up when you see possible violations
  • Be truthful and cooporate fully in any internal investigations
  • Failing to read or attest to these policies does not excuse an individual from these responsibilities. Only the Board of Directors may grant a wavier to these policies.
